After you reach out, an independent HVAC provider who serves your part of the Raleigh area contacts you. They run their own business. Muchask Heating & Air does not set their schedule or their prices.
What Providers Handle
Providers in our network repair and replace central air conditioners, heat pumps and furnaces. They diagnose problems, replace failed parts, clear drain lines, check safety controls and install new systems.
Questions Worth Asking
- Are you licensed for HVAC work here, and do you carry insurance?
- What does the visit cost, and does it apply to the repair?
- What caused the failure, and how do we keep it from happening again?
- What warranty comes with the parts and labor?
- Will you put the estimate in writing?
Take Your Time
You never have to hire the first provider you speak with. If something does not feel right, ask for time or get another opinion. A careful repair is worth a short wait.
