Every homeowner who contacts Muchask Heating & Air should have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Muchask Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider, and then write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, you can ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For HVAC contractor issues, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
